As a participant at the first workshop, I can report that this workshop was delivered exceedingly well. Mrs. Combie is a gifted facilitator with the knack of keeping her audience engaged as she goes through the course content. The information presented was well developed, presented in a sequential manner and was very relevant to the needs of our senior management team.

The QMS course was a great experience that showed how to pull together many different business techniques and tools. Betty was a great presenter and was able to keep us, her students active, competitive and attentive at all times. The QMS course is of great value to me in my career and I’m constantly thankful to have been a part of it. Since taking the course I have begun implementing quality management systems and components in all organizations that I am fortunate to be a part of. I am already starting to see the results and I look forward to our continual improvement.
