QMS Training

In any organisation, operations and sometimes projects (See Project Management Training) are managed. Moz provides training in quality management systems and other related areas dealing with customer satisfaction. A QMS is operational management with a focus on meeting the needs of customers. The training is based on the international standard: ISO 9001 – Quality Management System – Requirements.

Project Management

Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to execute projects effectively and efficiently. Moz provides training in project management based on the international standard: ISO 21500 – Guidance on Project Management.

QMS Assessments

A QMS assessment allows an organisation to determine its current status as it relates to the requirements for an effective and efficient management system. The results of the assessment serve as input into the action planning process for improvements.
